You’ve started asking the questions. You’ve felt what it means to want more from this experience.

Now imagine having the space, the support and the community to receive this.

“Am I doing this right?”

“Should I be more prepared than this?”

“Everyone else seems to have it together.”

“I just want to feel ready, actually ready.”

You’re carrying the mental load of preparing for birth and managing everyday life. Advice comes from every direction and your own needs keep getting pushed to the side.

You might feel like you have to hold it all together, like you should know more than you do.

Like you’re running out of time to feel prepared.

Here’s what I’ve seen, after years of supporting pregnant women:

The surface problem might look like lack of time, lack of information, or lack of energy.

The real problem? You haven’t yet had the space, the support or the tools to truly trust yourself in this season.

About

 I’m Nicole

- Mum, Doula, yoga teacher

and women's circle facilitator.

I’ve spent years holding space for pregnant women through the joyful moments and the “is this normal?” ones. Through the overthinking spirals and the quiet, steady knowing that comes when you finally have room to hear yourself.

I created The Snug because I kept seeing the same thing: so much information out there, but nowhere that actually holds you.

There’s a difference between being told what to expect in birth and being supported through all of it.

The Snug is that difference between ticking an antenatal class off a checklist and actually stepping into birth feeling like yourself.

It is not another pregnancy class where you sit and nod through facts you could find in a book.

It’s a space where you’re supported as a whole person not just someone who's pregnant. And you are supported on the journey, the rite of passage that you are moving through.

You can show up exactly as you are tired, unsure, carrying fears, excitement not knowing what questions to even ask. All of it is welcome here.

WHERE YOU ARE NOW AND WHERE YOU’RE GOING

Your beliefs about birth come from TV, other people’s stories or fear

→   You’re grounded in your own understanding and your own choices

You’re second-guessing yourself at every turn

→   You trust your instincts even when things feel uncertain & have tools to support yourself

You’re counting birth down like a deadline to meet

→   You’re actually, genuinely excited for your birth whenever it may happen

Advice comes from every direction and none of it feels right

→  You know which voice to listen to. Your own.

You’re managing this alone in your head

→  You have a community that understands, even when others don’t

Birth feels like something you just have to get through

→   Birth is a rite of passage you are stepping into prepared, present and in your own power

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN INSIDE THE SNUG

 Grounding tools you’ll actually use

Not a breathing exercise you forget the moment you close the tab. Real practices ones you'll return to in the car park before an appointment, at 3am when your brain won't stop, and in the labour room when everything feels like a lot. You'll know how to come back to a sense of calm.

Comfort measures for labour you’ll know in your bones

So that when you're in it, really in it you're not frantically trying to remember something you read six weeks ago. You respond instinctively, trusting your body already knows what to do.

That's the difference between reading about birth and actually feeling ready for it.

A deepened connection with your baby before they arrive

When you put your hand on your belly and you actually feel present, not pulled away by the

to-do list anymore. You'll enter birth already knowing your baby and knowing yourself as their mother.

A community that actually gets it

The 3am thought you haven't said out loud. The doubt that felt too irrational to mention at your appointment. The tiny win nobody else understood. Here, all of it has a place. Women who nod before you've even finished the sentence because they're in it too.

A self-belief that outlasts birth

Not the kind that shows up when everything goes to plan. The kind that's still there when it doesn't. You'll finish The Snug knowing yourself differently more trust, more grounded, more confident. That doesn't go away after the birth. It goes with you into parenting, into the hard days, into the rest of your life.

Real answers to the questions you've been sitting on

The ones you talked yourself out of asking at your last appointment. The ones Google gave you ten conflicting answers to at midnight. Bring them here. Fortnightly Q&A sessions where nothing is too small, too obvious or too much and you'll actually leave with clarity, not more tabs open.

WHAT’S INSIDE OVER THE 8 WEEKS
- Here's How The Snug Works

A private Telegram group - your community in your pocket. Support, honest conversations and my encouragement and care between sessions. For the questions, the nerves and the wins worth celebrating.

Four live Zoom sessions over the first 7 weeks - teaching, practice and birth partners are welcome too. Find the dates at the bottom of this page.

Can't make it live?

don't worry everything is recorded for you to listen back to in your own time.

Journal prompts and reflective practices - short, simple and powerful. The kind that help you hear yourself again underneath all the noise.

Fortnightly Q&A - bring anything you’re curious about. Nothing is too small.

This is the space for the questions you haven’t felt you could ask.

Audio meditations and practices - to reach for at 3am, start the day with, listen before a difficult appointment or whenever you need to come back to yourself.
