About

 I’m Nicole - Mum,

birth and postpartum doula,

yoga teacher

and women's circle facilitator. 

I’ve been there for the joyful moments and the “is this normal?” ones.
I’ve heard the overthinking spiral and the quiet, steady knowing that comes when you finally have space to hear yourself.

I created The Snug because I saw something missing. Yes, there’s information everywhere - tips, advice, how-to’s. But where is the space that holds you?
A space that honours the rite of passage your in.
That supports you enough to trust yourself even when things feel unfamiliar.
That blends the practical tools for pregnancy and birth with the inner work of believing in yourself as you step into this transition to parenting.

Pregnancy can feel a lot.
Even when it’s going well, there may be the constant hum of:

                                                                “Am I doing this right?”

                                                            “Should I be more prepared?”

                                                                      “I can't keep up”

You’re carrying the mental load of preparing for birth and managing everyday life. Advice comes from every direction. Your own needs get pushed to the side. You might feel like you have to hold it all together but deep down, you wish you could slow down and actually feel ready.

The surface problem might look like lack of time, lack of energy or lack of choice.
The real problem? You haven’t had the space, support and tools to truly trust yourself in this season.

And you trust in yourself to meet whatever it brings.

  • A set of grounding tools you can return to whenever anxiety or doubt creeps in so that you feel steady, even when things change.

  • Comfort measures for labour you’ll know in your bones which means you can respond instinctively in the moment.

  • A community that understands even when your friends or family don’t quite get it.

  • A reignited sense of self belief that carries into birth and parenting.

The Snug is not another pregnancy class where you sit and nod through facts you could find in a book, it’s also not just a birth course you tick off your list.

It’s a space where your supported as a whole person not just a pregnant person. 

You can show up here exactly as you are even if you’re tired, unsure or carrying fears

And you can share this with the group. We encourage your real experience with all the ebbs and flows they brings along with it. ​

I’ve never done meditation will this still work for me?
Absolutely, everything is designed for all levels and all trimesters. You’ll be guided through each step. Meditations are only part of what is in The Snug.

I’m already quite far along in my pregnancy is it too late to join?
Not at all. You can take it all in your own pace.

What is inside The Snug? 

A private Telegram group for deeper connection, teaching and real time support.

Live zoom calls spread over the weeks. Journal prompts and reflective practices to deepen self trust, body connection and birth confidence. Weekly Q&A day to ask anything that you are curious to know more about. Audio meditations and practices to help ground, centre and connect to your intuition. Gentle support and real conversations.

What if I can’t make the live calls?
All sessions are recorded and shared after so you can watch when it suits you. Joining live is an option, everything in The Snug you can do at a time that is best for you.

 

Will you run it again?

I am not sure when the next Snug will be but join the waitlist to be kept up to date.

I have already booked into antental classes will this just be the same information?

I can promise you this isn't like any antenatal class you will do, this is uniquely created to cover all that is missing in antenatal classes. And it goes beyond standard birth preparation.  Everything shared in the Snug can transfer into supporting you through life.
