Yoga classes and circles coming to Four Mile House, Roscommon in 2025

Just 12 minutes outside Roscommon town and 8 minutes from Strokestown,
I look forward to welcoming you for small group classes centered on building self awareness, connection, movement and rest.
Pregnancy Yoga
This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, no yoga experience needed.
The class will bring a balance of breath and relaxation practices that can support you throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond and also physical practices to stretch and strengthen your body safely.
Here you can carve time for you to connect with yourself and baby while building connection between a group of other expectant Mothers/birthing people journeying alongside you. This is the beauty of a pregnancy specific yoga class.
Parent and Baby Yoga
This class is for postnatal Mother/parent and baby to enjoy. The class will help you connect with yourself postpartum while helping to strengthen, stretch, release tension and bond with your baby. The opportunity to connect with other parent's and babies is also a great benefit. Babies will benefit from fun yoga movements and song and movement to support digestion and soothing.
It is recommended to join your first class after a minimum 6weeks post vaginal birth or 10weeks post cesarean birth. Class is suitable up until baby is crawling at speed.
Mothers Rest Circles
Come to rest, be nurtured and held in a supportive group.
This is a place for Mothers of all phases and paths from pregnant to Grandmother, you are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary just a want to rest and connect with yourself or/and others.
We will spend time in a restful restorative yoga practice with yoga nidra to finish. A warming herbal tea will then be poured for time to journal and share and connect with the group on anything that comes up.
