Mother's Rest; Restorative Mother Circle

Service Description

Come to rest, be nurtured and held in a supportive group at YoGrá Yoga, Maynooth. This is a place for Mothers of all phases from preparing to conceive to Grandmother, you are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary just a want to rest and connect with yourself or/and others. We will spend time in a restful restorative yoga practice with yoga nidra to finish. A warming herbal tea will then be poured for time to journal and share and connect with the group on anything that comes up. If finances are an issue please reach out.

Cancellation Policy

Please do not come to class if you are sick. To cancel a class please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. 6 week term: A refund of a total of €75 is only available if applied for 7 days before the 1st class. A refund of a total of €30 is available if applied for 72hours before the 1st class. No refunds are available after 72hours before the beginning of the 1st class. No refunds on 1 class pass.
