Service Description

Becoming a parent or parent again is a huge transition beautiful yes, but also full of change and adjustment. It can feel like there’s little time to pause, let your body rest and simply be with your baby in a calm, supportive space. That’s exactly what these Mum & Baby Yoga classes are designed for. This isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about settling in, honouring your body, bonding with your baby and finding your community of other mums who get it. What to Expect over the 4 weeks: ✨ Postnatal yoga for you - practices to support your body to strengthen, release tension and rebuild gently. ✨ Fun & soothing movements for baby - supporting digestion, development and rest. ✨ Bonding together - through breath, touch, song and presence. ✨ Community connection - space to chat over a cup of tea and meet other mums walking this same path. Who These Classes Are For: 💫 You - the parent if your at least 6/8 weeks postpartum (or whenever feels right for your body) if you are looking for gentle support to move, stretch and reconnect. 💫 Your baby - suitable until little ones are crawling at speed. Babies are welcomed exactly as they are: feeding, crying, sleeping, wriggling, all of it is welcome. Why Join? Mums often leave class saying they feel: 💫 Supported - “Lovely class to do with baby, getting both relaxation and movement in while working around baby’s needs too" 💫 Connected - “I loved getting to know the other mammies each week.” 💫 Nourished - "The classes are so calm and nurturing, I always feel wonderful afterwards" This is more than a yoga class. It’s a weekly reminder that you are not alone, your body deserves care and you and your baby are deeply worthy of being supported. About Your Teacher: The classes are led by Nicole O Kelly a yoga teacher and birth & postpartum doula with specialised training to support you through these classes. Nicole is also a Mum herself. Nicole has years of experience supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. She weaves together yoga, doula care and circle facilitation to create nurturing, inclusive spaces so you can feel seen, heard and supported. When can I start? You’re welcome from 6-8 weeks postpartum onwards or whenever you feel ready. Trust your own timing. Do I need yoga experience? Not at all. These classes are beginner friendly and fully tailored to meet you where you are. 💫 You may be able to claim back on your health insurance - check your policy.

Cancellation Policy

Please do not come to class if you are sick. To cancel a class please contact me in advance at 086 2547080 6 week term: A refund of a total of €75 is only available if applied for 7 days before the 1st class. A refund of a total of €30 is available if applied for 72hours before the 1st class. No refunds are available after 72hours before the beginning of the 1st class. No refunds on 4 week term. No refunds on 1 class pass.
